Shipping & Orders
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Every order is packed and shipped from the United States. International shipping isn't available yet — join our email list to hear when it launches.
How long until my order ships?
Standard processing is 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day. During launches and restocks, processing may take an extra 1–2 days — we'll email you if there's a delay.
How long does delivery take?
After processing: Standard Shipping arrives in 3–7 business days, and Expedited Shipping in 2–3 business days where available. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and method.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update it. No tracking email within 5 business days? Check your spam folder, then email coachdadbrand@gmail.com.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains or odors, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Final sale items (clearance and limited drops) aren't eligible. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we inspect the return.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email coachdadbrand@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s), and the reason. We'll send a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days. For an exchange, note "EXCHANGE" plus the size or color you want — exchanges are subject to availability.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Contact coachdadbrand@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
How do I find my size?
Check the size guide on each product page for measurements. Our pieces run true to size with a heavyweight, built-to-last feel; if you're between sizes or want a relaxed fit, size up. Still unsure? Email us before you order and we'll help.

No. Coach Reese Williams is an AI-generated digital spokesperson built and operated by Coach Dad Brand. He is not a live human and does not represent a single real person. The wisdom is real, the character is intentional, and the transparency is non-negotiable.
Why use an AI character instead of a real coach?
